Fish tank?

Is there a good, cat-proof, counter-top fish tank? Not more than 10 gallons. I just want to put in a beta or maybe a few tiny fish (guppies?) in my guest bathroom.

I would recommend a fully hooded tank. However I would NOT recommend guppies. Do you know they bear live young? It won’t be long before you are overrun with guppies. Try a couple of goldfish. They come in different patterns and some are really pretty. Fan tails, for instance.

As long as you put a lid on it, pretty much any tank is going to be cat proof. With 10 gallons of water in it, you are looking at around 80lbs. and I don’t suspect your cat can move that…

Yep, I like the octagon ones!
Also the gum ball machine ones, cute and your cat won’t get in it!
Try your pet store! Petco & PetSmart have a great selection!

either declaw the feline or purchase a screen and frame it with wood the measurements of the top of the tank.

Walmart has really nice fish tanks that come with food filter lights and even food for fairly cheap has a lid for it to to keep the cat out of…..I have a cat and two kids and the fish is still alive
